• Do I have to sign a contract?​

NO, our services are offered under no contract and no commitment policy. All we require is a service agreement granting us the authority to work on your behalf and assuring us that we will be paid for our services. No strings attached. No cancellation fees.

• Do I need to have my own authority? 

No, however, if you are leasing an authority, we recommend you contact the person in charge to ensure they allow outside dispatching services. Keep in mind, it is under that company name that you will be receiving the invoices. Most of the time this does not constitute a problem.

• Do you charge your fees on detention and TONU? ​

We do not! We will work towards getting your fees paid and that´s all yours.

• Can you help me get set up with a factoring company?

Absolutely, we have great partnerships with different companies that might be of your interest, this includes Factoring companies. We can get you in touch with them, they´ll handle the set up with you!

• Why would I hire a dispatcher when I could do it my self?
